Halloween Party!!

We went to Grampy's Halloween Party at work!!

My little princess, Grammy made Katelyn the wand and tiara.

Can you guess what I was.... Little Red Riding Hood!!!

Katelyn was scared of Grampy in his face paint.

As soon as Grampy took that paint off she ran up to him and gave him the biggest hug and kiss.

Cousin Hunter came along. Lots of fun and games and candy candy candy!!!

Coolest Playground Ever!

This is actually the playground of the Hyde Park Elementary School. This is the school Katelyn will be going to when she starts kindergarten and it's in walking distance from the house.

All wooden it's just beautiful!

And it's so big!!

Katelyn ran all over the place she just loved it.

She's like a little spider money climbing all over the place.

Yes I'm a kid at heart but not a kid in size , I almost got my butt stuck!! He He!!!

Carved Pumpkin!!

Notice the stem is missing Katelyn tried to bring the pumpkin in herself and pop bye bye stem!!
That's ok I think it gives it character!!



Katelyn just pretty much stirred the guts. She didn't want to touch them.

Painted Pumpkin!

Here is one of the two pumpkins we got from Uncle Tommy's Pumpkin Patch!!

We also collect some leaves from our yard and made some leaf rubbings.

Our First Power Outage!!

We ran around like crazy people trying to find candles in the dark!!! This is what we found. Hopefully next time we'll be more prepared.

Daddy went to sleep while Katelyn and I stayed up and played by candle light!!!

Pumpkin Patch!!

It was such a beatiful day so we decided to venture off with some friends.


Katelyn did not like the tracker ride... but I think this picture came out pretty good.



They always seem to find the biggest heaviest one in the patch. She tried and tried but she just couldn't get it off the ground!!

Katelyn's new friend, Zen they are soooo cutie together!!!

Katelyn found the smallest pumpkin in the patch (well what she thought was a pumpkin)!

This was soooo cool! They had this like industrial tube set up on this hill that the kids could slide down. Katelyn loved it!!!

Now it back to the beginning, someone looks tired!!

Wood, Wood, Wood!!!

So one of Danny's co worker offered to him all the wood he could carry (well drive away!) So many many many trips later here is our wood piles.

Katelyn even pitched in to lend a hand. She was just happy to wear her garden gloves!!

Then it was on to some leaves, Katelyn was again very eager to help.

Time for some well deserved play time with Daddy!!

By the end of the day we were all pooped to say the least. Now time for bed.....
